A Full Bio-composite thermoplastic prepreg family made from natural components.

The base material is a Flax fibre, the bonding component is the PLA resin, other additives must also be eco or natural.

Prepreg is a composite ply produced in several ways of technology depending on the compounding materials. Prepregs can be unidirectional, or multi-axial depending on the utilization purposes and expected mechanical properties.

Materials can take-up a state of mechanibility, depending on the heat the material exposed to. The thermoplastic materials behave in gradually increasing temperature alike the plasmas. The higher the temperature, the more formability can be accessed.
